My wife and I purchased our Cabin 6 years ago as a 2nd home and rental. It has a been a learning and extremely frustrating experience dealing with property managements from various top companies in the area. Dealing with theft on a regular basis, cleaners living in our Cabin unauthorized in addition to poor cleaning. Being former military and Law enforcement my expectations of cleanliness can be considered eye rolling to some however I/we communicate this clearly, and prior to bringing in any new business. AleJay has been absolutely top notch. They are very professional, always get the job done at a high level of quality and on my schedule. They even offer to jump in and help with other issues as they arise having nothing to do with their scope. They go above and beyond when it comes to client relationships. They are very responsive, easy to communicate with and adaptable if/when schedules need to change.
