“It is a pleasure for me to recommend Mason, Justin and all of the professionals at Servepro in Washington, NC. A faucet in a house that I own failed and the result was a totally flooded kitchen. Thankfully, Servepro in Washington was recommended to me to take the lead in the cleanup. Once contacted, Mason and Justin immediately assessed the situation and gave me an overview of what they would do and how they would handle the cleanup and demolition of the kitchen in order to prepare for reconstruction. They took control of the situation, installed large fans and de-humidifiers, removed a layer of flooring and would return daily to check the moisture readings. In addition to the water damage that had occured, they discovered that we had some asbestos flooring that would need to come out which would require special abatement. They handled the whole thing reliably and professionally. After asbestos abatement, they proceeded to finish the demo on the kitchen. They took care to pack up personal belongings of the tenants and move all appliances out of the kitchen. We still have alot of work to do to get the kitchen back in shape, but for the part that Servepro took care of, I could not have asked for any better help. My thanks to Mason and the crew for helping so much with a bad situation! They took great care, did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it, stayed in constant contact with me, and were total professionals every step of the way!!
