“I cannot sing enough praises about ServPro of New Bern. From the first phone call until the service we had top notch care and response. I was devastated when we discovered that we had a mold issue in our home and reached out to ServPro due to their excellent reputation in our area. The response time from my initial call to getting Mark out to our home for air samples and to access the damage was two days. When he arrived he answered all of my questions and spent a great deal of time with me explaining his findings and what the process for remediation would be. After confirming with air samples and visual findings he let us know a quote would be on its way. After looking everything over we decided to move forward with treatment. I spoke to Demetrius and he answered all of my silly questions and helped the operation run so smoothly! He knew how concerned we were about the mold and got us on the schedule for the next day! Talk about customer service!! When the crew arrived they all greeted me with warm smiles and all looked so clean and professional! They would take photos of hard to reach areas of concern and were able to send them to me for my records. They were so informative and gave me so much insight into our project. Thankfully they were able to find the source of the mold which was linked to faulty issues with the HVAC tubing and piping in our attic. Every step of they way they were so patient and knowledgeable! I felt safe and confident in their abilities to get this treatment done right! I can’t thank Keegan W., Jordan S., Justin, and Trent enough for everything!! Tomorrow we will be having a full service HVAC cleaning and disinfecting by Jeff and John W., and I have nothing but confidence that they will be just as amazing as everyone I’ve worked with thus far!
