It is a pleasure for me to recommend Mason, Justin and all of the professionals at Servepro in Washington, NC. A faucet in a house that I own failed and the result was a totally flooded kitchen. Thankfully, Servepro in Washington was recommended to me to take the lead in the cleanup. Once contacted, Mason and Justin immediately assessed the situation and gave me an overview of what they would do and how they would handle the cleanup and demolition of the kitchen in order to prepare for reconstruction. If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. I had a relative who had a fire and passed. I contacted Servpro and spoke with Mason. He came out to the property on short notice, surveyed the damage, also had a tarp placed on the roof to prevent additional damage to start, prior to remediation. I later experienced an issue during the restoration process, where someone unauthorized were attempting to enter the home in the off hours, Mason & Brent addressed the issue literally immediately and took preventive measures so it would not reoccur. We had a chimney fire on December 30, 2025 at our home in Bath, NC. Serv Pro of Washington handled the cleanup and repair. They went above and beyond to make our home like it was. They did an excellent job and are very knowledgeable and skilled. The owner and staff are very nice and responsive. We couldn’t have had a better experience.
