“I've had a difficult problem with the diagnosis of my slip system heating problem.Oscar came out again and diagnosed my problem to be a problem with the mother board.He took me out to the outside unit (split system) and showed me the error code.He oerded the motherboard which came in quicker than expected.He came over this afternoon and replaced the motherboard and showed me on the old one what was obviously bad.He replaced it with the new motherboard quickly and stayed around to ensure that was in fact my problem.After the replacement of the motherboard my unit immediately began heating!Thanks to Oscar and Herring heating and air for their great service and professionalism.Job well done and appreciate the ongoing customer support.Linwood Lambert“
