I've had a difficult problem with the diagnosis of my slip system heating problem.Oscar came out again and diagnosed my problem to be a problem with the mother board.He took me out to the outside unit (split system) and showed me the error code.He oerded the motherboard which came in quicker than expected.He came over this afternoon and replaced the motherboard and showed me on the old one what was obviously bad.He replaced it with the new motherboard quickly and stayed around to ensure that was in fact my problem.After the replacement of the motherboard my unit immediately began heating!Thanks to Oscar and Herring heating and air for their great service and professionalism.Job...read full review

They had Oscar to come out check my unit for issue I was having. He found it within a couple minutes and repair it. Great work explained and showed me what was causing the problem. Thank you.

Update: The repair tech, Austin Healy came back to change out the part he just installed about 2 months prior. As before he was courteous and did a good job and explained what and how he troubleshot the problemService: A/C system repair
