Spring maintenance was done today. Very minor problems found and solved by clean, neat, articulate Rich's serviceman. Arrived about an hour early and wasted no time! Even replaced a light bulb for me under the house.

Jordan did an absolutely wonderful job in fixing my unit!He’s professional, efficient and personable! I could see he was very, very focused on performing the maintenance on my unit. !I could not have asked for better service! Kyle came by from Riches Heating and Air. He immediately knew what the issue was with my heat pump. He was able to fully educate me on the cycles of my heat pump and how to know when there’s a problem within those cycles.I noticed how quick the company was to get someone to me even though I had to push the appointment into the next day just due to my work schedule. This is the third time I’ve used Riches Heating and Air since I’ve moved to the Jacksonville area. They are always friendly, quick to respond, do great work, informative and very affordable.This is why they are the only ones I call when I either want my units serviced or if I need a repair.
