The office staff is kind and patient, making the decision making process easy, and they do a great job explaining what repairs are needed and keeping customers up to date. Technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and thorough, arriving on time with great communication. They stay to make sure everything is up and running before they leave. Customers have had wonderful experiences with past repairs and routine service inspections, with problems quickly taken care of in a professional manner. The team is highly recommended and receives an A+++ grade. Customers look forward to working with Gideon again and are glad to know they will always be taken care of for anything they need.
We were scheduled to have a 1 yr service to our unit and Daryl arrived at the reported time after calling to assure all was good. Daryl introduced himself and we talked a bit of his work. We found Daryl professional, friendly, very courteous, and knowledgable. He explained all that was happening/ what he was doing to keep us abreast. He went about his work without any interruptions and covered all of the air system. We enjoyed Daryl and would definitely enjoy having him back again should the need require. This is the first time I have used Gideon Heating & Air and I am very impressed. I am a realtor in the area and have beena realtor here for 19 years. I contacted Gideon to do an evaluation of a system in an ocean front condo. They sent service technition Nick Mount. Nick is the best HVAC tech I have ever worked with, bar none. Knowledgeable about different units, manufacturers and current events within the industry. I actually cannot imagine there is anyone better in the industry than Nick. You guys are very lucky to have him on your staff. He is a terrific represenative of your company.
They have come to my rescue twice now! The first time was during the summer and they quickly helped me get the AC up and running in no time. Recently, our heat stopped working during our snow storm. They quickly came to figure out what the issue was and they found I needed I hard to get part. They used their resources to find that part (it was the last one) and made sure to come back in a timely manner to get it up and running for us. They even worked with me on making payments! I will forever recommend them!
