It was great to work with Ed and German. They took care of all the paperwork and got the sprinkler system installed fairly quickly. We had a slight issue with the town in terms of account creation (since a lot of the work was done over the Christmas break), and Ed was proactive and got everything sorted out fairly quickly.

Water Works was a true lifesaver. My sprinkler pipe burst and I had to turn the water in the entire house off. I called several companies, all who claimed to provide emergency service, but none could come out before Monday, which is a week away. Water Works said they would get someone out soon, 12 minutes later they at my home and had my problem fixed in less then 10 minutes. I will certainly use Water Works for any and all future issues that may arise with my sprinkler system.
