They gave an initial diagnosis of the problem with several options to be performed by both the city of Raleigh and plumbing services before they actually did what they thought was the problem. After all this was done I did call them back for What they thought was the cause of the problem. As it all happened, they re-looked at the situation and found a secondary problem that was the actual cause of the situation.
Not only that they then fix that problem, but also adjusted the price of the original estimate. Very happy with all those people who came and took the time to think through the process to come up with a solution to our problem. We will definitely be using them again in the future.“
