I found Franks Barbershop ( and Frank) after I just came to work in Troy from Michigan . I asked about barbershops in town and I was directed to another shop. The barber there totally butchered my hair and I was ashamed to even be seen with such an absolute amateur haircut. So I found Frank and asked him if he could fix it. To my amazement he was able to salvage a good haircut . And he didn't charge me anything. 5 years later I still go to Frank for haircuts and can honestly say that I have never been to a better experienced barber in my life. Just an old fashioned barber shop with reasonable prices. Sometimes you will find someone strumming on a guitar or singing. You have to stop in.
