So thankful for Steve's Plumbing today! We had to shut the water off to our 1960's home yesterday thanks to our old shower nozzle flowing cold water constantly. We called them this morning, and they came out within the next hour or so and fixed in less than an hour! Great, friendly service!
Nick has an excellent command of computers and printers, including how to set them up and trouble shoot. I was very satisfied with the many sessions where he assisted me and my husband with installations and problem solving.
I called Carolina Monuments because I kept being given minimal options and being told no about designs I wanted. When I spoke to Ms. Pam, she told me to not try to piece together what other people had offered and tell her what I really wanted. She took what I said in a phone conversation and sent me a mock-up the next day. It was beautiful. We worked together over email to iron out details. I got exactly what I asked for, at a very competitive price, with regular updates on progress and kind and thoughtful communication. Then covid hit and everything got put on hold. I had to be patient but it was surely worth the wait. Not only did my father's stone turn out beautiful, but they fixed my grandfather's fallen stone. I would hands down, choose this family owned company to do more work for my family in the future.
