Tried ordering contacts before my prescription expired and was told I’d have to come in person to pay for them first before they’d even order them. My prescription hasn’t even expired yet but I guess they just treat it like it is? I’ve had the same contacts for 7 years and ive watched Walmart raise their prices for those 7 years but the upside was I could always order on the phone and pick up and pay when they arrived. I have never been asked to pay BEFORE the order arrives and pay in person in the years I’ve been getting my prescription filled there. There’s a fist for everything and that includes finding somewhere else to fulfill my prescription.

Came in with my prescription for glasses and the woman was very rude , and then told me to call the eye doctor and get the doctors license ID number and when I called the docs office they said that was illegal and they didnt need the docs id number to fill my prescription for me to leave walmart bc she had already dealt with them and they were wrong ! The rude nasty arrogant woman who worked in the eye glass place started screaming you are going to have to go somewhere else and fill your prescription bc we can't without the doctors ID number ! Do not go here unless you want to be insulted !

They changed their hours once again. Also changed what type of insurance they take as well. When I asked about it today, the lady was rude to me. This is the reason why I stopped going there in the first place.
