Had glasses ordered in different location, fell and scratched lens. Lens under warranty but they said they couldn't help me. I had to call other location to get replacement lens ordered. Will go to another location to have them put in. Very unhappy with their customer service!

I bought Glasses in Arizona at Walmart Vision Center I Had Problems with them seen Brent Slaydon at the Thomasville store and he went out of his way to help me . Great service problem was resolved . The best Vision Center I have ever been in . As far as people going out of their way to help. Thank You Brent Slaydon

I brought my son in to replace his glasses that he broke today. The two employees that were working were thoughtful, patient and went above and beyond to help us find replacement glasses even though that meant they had to stay over a few minutes past 6. Thanks!
