Dr Parker has been taking excellent care of me for years. Kathy in the eyewear center is exceptional, always willing to help, and offers good advice when choosing glasses.If there is any issues( loose or ill fitting frames, lost screws, lost nose pads) she is readily available and solves the issue with a smile!

My visits and check-ups with Dr. Parker are always on time, thorough and informative. Purchasing glasses/frames from Kathy Southerland, Optical Manager is always a delightful experience. She is very good at her job, whether fitting for glasses or making adjustments any time it is needed. She makes it easy and it is obvious she enjoys her work!

Wanted to share how pleased I continue to be with the service provided by Kathy Southerland. I have been going to this office for more than a decade. Kathy consistently goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Can't commend her enough. She is professional, efficient, problem solving and endlessly upbeat and pleasant. She's the best. I'm old enough to have encountered many in her field. She is without peer.
