My dog who is afraid of all other dogs always looked forward to being groomed by Angela. My dog would pull to get into the door. There is a nice calm vibe, and Angela is such a sweet soul and EXCELLENT Dog Groomer. Their price is really good too. I highly recommend. 🐾😊

I have a golden doodle and a lab mix that I have always taken to the big pet stores for grooming. When I moved to hickory a year ago I had no luck getting an appointment anywhere. I ended up trying to give my dogs haircuts and baths myself until I found A-1. I called in January and they got me an appointment for the following week. Since then, my dogs have seen Star monthly. She takes such good care of my babies and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend her enough!!

Star took a lot of time in grooming my baby, instead of automatically wanting to shave him ! And I really appreciate that and was willing to tell me how keep him from becoming matted again! THANKS !
