Edward responded next day after calling him, identified part needed for both stove top burner control & drain pump for dishwasher. He ordered parts & within days returned with parts. After less than 30 minutes he had both appliances working again. Edward is courteous, knowledgeable, efficient & highly reliable.

FANTASTIC first impression. Edward was thorough and quick. He came straight in and went to work after a quick greeting. He was courteous, knowledgeable, clean (he didn’t leave a mess), prompt, and he didn’t pressure me into buying anything. He gave me the options I had, and let me think about it. You can’t go wrong with Edward! AWESOME EXPERIENCE!UPDATE:Had him come out to change an element in my island cooktop and he didn’t charge me a repeat service fee for coming back out to complete the job.
