Dr. Balta and her staff are caring and are always willing to go that extra mile to meet my healthcare needs. It is wonderfully convenient to have a Quest lab right in the office and Sarah never misses a vein. Thank you all!

I normally am not the type of guy who does this kind of thing. I have been going to this office through the changes. When i started going there, it was the first place i started going to on a regular basis. It has now been over 15 years. They have helped me in my quest to get healthy. I go there and i feel like the staff and myself are old friends. We talk and try and have a pleasant visit. I am usually in a ton of pain. I simply can't say enough. And i nearly forgot Dr. Balta herself. So happy for her family. She has been amazing for me. I look forward to continued medical visits at WNC internal Medicine. Thank you ladies so very much.

Dr Balta want stop til she finds out what’s going on with you. She’s an excellent dr. Hannah is who I see now and she is like dr Balta she doesn’t stop til she finds answers. They are very caring and fine people.
