“I have always had wonderful experience with Dr. Balta. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns and explained my treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I never felt rushed during my appointment. The office staff was also incredibly friendly and the wait time was very minimal. I highly recommend WNC Internal Medicine to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional primary care doctor.”
