Dr. Mackey is the finest, most knowledgeable, and kindest physician I have ever had as a primary care doctor. He has an impressive medical training history. He and the staff in his practice are well trained and compassionate people who truly care about their patients.

Staff has been very friendly and the office location and parking is helpful-other then that relatively poor experience.
I did arrive 25 minutes before my appointment (as instructed) and then sat in a room for 35 minutes before the doctor came in. It’s been 12 days and they still have not had my labs even received to be read (their office estimated a 7 day wait) Also have had to call twice about 2 prescriptions and been told that my prescriptions will pushed through and they have not yet and so I still do not have them.
I also received a $300 bill after three separate discussions confirming my insurance would cover a simple new patient physical
