“I was a first time patient and expected there would be a lot of paperwork to fill out prior to being seen by the doctor. They texted me the forms a few days before the appointment and I was able to complete them including uploading of my DL and insurance cards. I arrived 15 minutes early as requested and didn’t have to complete any other forms. I was called back immediately and saw the assistant for a few follow up questions. Dr. Jane came in immediately afterwards and completed a very thorough examination. It was nice to not have to wait like I have done with every other dermatologist I have ever seen before.”
