Of course I expected such a fee, and I didn’t ask either. My appointment was set up for the same day and the tech and office kept in touch with me until that afternoon. The electrician was very knowledgeable and super thorough when it came to checking all sources of my electrical problems. He even squeezed in the time to add an outlet for me at the end of the appointment. I was highly impressed with this service.“
