As I have already said, I really can't speak to pricing. But as before, courteous, professional and timely. I will continue to use this professional service. Very happy with the results.

We’ve been using Lovell for all of our electrical needs for the past few years. It started with a downed tree that ripped the power lines off of our house one weekend. While we had no luck getting responses from any other electricians, Lovell came out almost immediately and repaired the issue. This allowed Duke energy to reconnect once they repaired their side of things. Since then, Lovell’s has installed circuits in both our home and business. He was even able to track down an issue on industrial equipment that had failed us. Prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced, we trust Lovell to get the job done right.

I had a positive experience with Lovell’s professionalism, punctuality, and expertise, which I greatly appreciated. However, I was disappointed with the billing. The initial quote was $570.80, but the final invoice came to $690.80—a 21% increase. When I raised concerns, Lovell explained that the estimate was subject to change if the job took longer than anticipated, and the additional hour added $120 to the cost. While I understand the need for flexibility in estimates, the lack of prior communication or room for negotiation left me frustrated. I’d rate Lovell five stars for his work but deduct a star due to the unexpected cost increase.
