Proactive contacted me at 7 PM on Sunday July 2 to report my rental HVAC was not working. I called Bouldin’s after hours number and within minutes Bouldin’s returned my call and immediately sent someone to my house to troubleshoot. Bill called me at 9:30PM and told me the compressor had failed and needed replacement. I elected to replace the whole unit because it was 10 year old. On Monday July 3rd the new unit was installed and operating. From HVAC failure to new replacement start up was less than 24 hours. Bouldin’s provided unbelievable service in a very short timeline during the holiday weekend. I highly recommend Bill and the rest of the Bouldin’s Heating and Air team, 5 STAR!
