“Owner and teacher, Nicole, is warm, kind and welcoming to all. Nicole has studied fitness and wellness for most of her adult life and studied yoga in India. Nicole is incredibly knowledgable and teaches us the reason why the pose that we are doing is beneficial. Nicole's classes are also lighthearted and fun; the perfect balance of yoga, community, education and humor! Could not possibly recommend Om Sweet Om more highly!!”
“Had a 90 minute massage with Kim today. It was awesome! She listened to all of my concerns and areas that I wanted lots of deep tissue work - and she delivered. The rest of the massage was so relaxing, especially the scalp and foot massage. Highly recommend and I will be back.”
“Every time I go to get my massage, I wonder why I haven't I been sooner. Very professional and top quality services!”
