My wife and I wanted to learn Yoga and have someone guide us on the aspects of the practice and way of life. Nicole has been such a great teacher taking not only our scheduled time but her personal time to assist us. She truly has the heart of a teacher.

Owner Nicole has 25 years of experience as a fitness instructor, has extensively studied yoga and meditation (500+ hours) and holds a BS degree in Exercise Science.
