I closed on my retirement home in Calabash. I was referred by a friend in the area and chose Ann Glodfelty. Ann was a true professional. We visited multiple properties in days. Ann listened to my needs and shared her thoughts in a very direct and professional way! Ann also provided contacts for all the utility companies in the area, to include the county and local points of interest for a new owner. Ann provided a professional home inspector and mortgage representative.
