We had an amazing experience at the vision center in Statesville. Scottie got us started with the process. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She even tightened and straightened my old glasses as I waited for my husband’s exam to be over. Everyone was wonderful! They are busy, so make an appointment!

Kellie the operations manager was a true professional! Great customer service! Sarah an Dr.McGinnis were hyper efficient and got me in and out with the highest level of standards being kept. Will definitely come again!

Ms. Scottie and Kellie are the most wonderful women - they have helped me sort through a lot of things regarding my prescription and are so patient with me. They give me recommendations and are so pleasant to chat with. This will always be my go-to optometry center!
