Peak Eye Care is a business known for its friendly front desk receptionists and spacious, bright office. The exam process is described as quick and easy. However, there is some feedback about one specific doctor who is described as not personable and frustrating due to a lack of response to customer questions. I went to Peak Eye Care in Statesville, NC, on 10/21/2025, and they are truly professionals. The front desk, assistants, doctors, and the assistants that help you choose glasses were ALL amazing, professional, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend this Eye Care practice to everyone. Prices are very reasonable and the personnel ALL care about the patient.
Great experience. Everyone there did a fantastic job. I did not feel like a new patient rather I felt like an old familiar client.

I needed a pair of lenses installed into a new pair of frames I bought after breaking my original frame and Lisa was very helpful in getting the job done, I was as nervous as a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs, because I felt the lenses seemed a little big for the frames even though they were the same frames as I broke, after a few short mins of pacing around the store Lisa came back with my glasses in hand and the job done, thank you again Lisa and Peak Eye Care.
