531 Meadow Wood Ln, Stanley“Skip, owner/operator of Carolina Natural Dog is top notch. Not only is he dedicated and professional but he truly loves dogs! If you need a nice place to leave your dogs, Skip has nice clean kennels right at his home where he takes excellent care of your fur babies! Skip is also a dog walker so if you don’t like leaving your pets alone all day and you need someone to come by and check on them for a bathroom break and to burn off some energy, Skip, as a professional dog walker can handle that too! I am so grateful to have him to come by and take my Gunner for a walk, give him some love and the occasional treat! I never have to worry about how Gunner will be treated as Skip loves animals and he loves what he does. So, if you need a dog walker I highly recommend Skip!“

I didn't want to take her to her regular vet because they were to far away. I didn't want to stress her anymore than needed. I call Ironton Animal Hospital, they made appointment quickly. They were so considerate and didn't hesitate to help us. They didn't try to up sells or charge a outrageous amount. The compassion they showed us will never be forgotten. I just want to say thank you for everything you did for our sweet girl.

2180 E Franklin Blvd, Gastonia“Dr pearman is the best vet ! I recommend her 100 out of 10! However the business itself lost my respect when they stopped approving prescriptions for chewy and petsmart pharmacy directly and started requiring us to mail in prescriptions which can take up to a month to get meds , simply because they want to push us to the practices online pharmacy or in vet pharmacy which is often twice the cost ! We have done this for years and suddenly they refuse to do it ! If not for our amazing vet and my trust in her i would have left to a new practice when they started that!“

“So beyond happy with my dog Brooklyn’s training! This was my first time sending a dog to boarding or any kind of training, and Brooklyn’s first time being away from me for more than a day or two—so it’s safe to say I was definitely nervous about sending him away. Thankfully, I had met Stephanie a few years ago and had always thought her dogs were so well-behaved. I knew there was nobody else I would trust to watch my dog. During drop-off, she was helpful and thoughtful about our goals, and she made sure to explain everything before I left. My dog can be nervous and shy, especially around new people, so I didn’t know how he would do in a program like this. My biggest fear was that he’d be scared or upset while at training…but when I picked him up, he looked AMAZING! He seemed like he really liked Stephanie and was comfortable in his environment too which made me happy to see. He was so excited to see us and was incredibly obedient during our lesson—still his same sweet personality, just much more respectful and attentive! I really appreciated how Stephanie not only went over the training but also talked with me about how to support my dog’s emotions and personality in our daily routine. She gave great advice and clear details about using his training in public to help him stay happy and build confidence. The best part? When we stopped for lunch after leaving, someone even complimented how good he looked and how well he was walking on the leash!“
