Then the next two, Ronnie and Ricki, promptly finished my cover lid excavation and cleared out the tank quickly. Their great attitudes and kindness were more than appreciated during a stressful time.

Salvador and his team are amazing! Their pricing is reasonable and Salvador returned calls when he said he would and showed up as promised. These little things are as important to us as their experience and skills in bringing down these huge white pines. The team is well coordinated to make sure they the job is done efficiently and safely. We were super impressed watching their work. And they clean up the area and chip up the branches nicely. I just needed a trim. So I walked in without an appointment, hoping to either get my trim or book an appointment. Zeb welcomed me in, and gave me a great trim, exactly what I wanted. Besides his excellent professionalism, he is an extremely pleasant young man, and great conversationalist. I will be seeing him again!

Nothing but excellent things to say about Jann and the team at Timberline Properties! Being that I had already relocated to SC for work, I needed an agent in close proximity and noticed Jann traditionally represents properties in a concentrated area of Western NC. After calling, I realized we were practically neighbors and she assured me she would be available to show my house at all times. Jann showed up on-site within 12 hours of my original call and loved my property. She insisted I list for considerably more than I or my neighbors ever assumed I could sell for.Before showings, she provided suggestions for simple repairs to avoid headaches and even offered contacts for reliable contractors(which can be hard to find in that area). She also asked if we could hold off on Zillow for 1 week while she brought in some preferred buyers. The week came and went, and within minutes of the property going live on Zillow, one of her buyers came in with an offer even higher than the unthinkable list price!! I never had to deal with open houses or draining negotiations.Closing was a breeze, Jann took care of everything so I didn't have to drive back to NC. Jann even assisted with mailing a few final personal belongings. Can't thank her enough for her professionalism and confidence! Thank you Jann and best wishes!!!
My husband and I are beyond pleased with the services provided! The admins were professional and very helpful. The technicians that came out to install a new HVAC unit were highly skilled with great attention to detail.
