We had Burleson out on three different occasions for various problems. They quickly came to our rescue and called before arriving. All of the plumbers are polite and offer suggestions for repairs. They do excellent work and saved us unnecessary costs.

In the post COVID world race to mediocrity and a ‘whatever’ attitude when it comes to customer service, the folks at Burleson Plumbing are a welcome reminder of what real customer service used to be. Without fail they have been there for us -especially during emergencies. If you want to be reminded of what first class service is and what quality work looks like, call them. They show up when they say they will and do what they say they will do with no ‘oh by the ways’ or misses. I will never use another plumbing or electrical service.
