Lori and Amber are the BEST! The provide the most beautiful flowers of all time at a very affordable price. Lori is so easy to work with and so communicative. She let us borrow her vases for free! The flowers were so incredibly beautiful. Everything was just perfect. You have to use her if you are in the area! She is INCREDIBLE.
Shannon took family photos of our family, while we were vacationing in Banner Elk. This included 3 different families and 4 kids under 4. Also, the day we were scheduled, it started snowing! However, despite the chaos, Shannon was calm and easy to work with. She made sure everyone had the photos they were wanting and was great with kids! She was reasonably priced and made for the best Christmas gift. Oh, and when I forgot to download the photos for 2 months, because life got in the way, she was happy and quick to resend the link I needed. Thank you again Shannon!

Super service! Mr Franklin was quick to respond. He changed several light fixtures, added outlets, upgraded multiple receptacles. I also was having trouble reaching the light and heater switches in my crawl space. He installed a convenient switch right beside the crawl space door. Our car got stuck going up a mountain over the weekend and Derrick absolutely saved our vacation! No one else was willing to come out in the bad weather but he got out to us in 30 minutes. He was so kind and professional, not to mention very reasonably priced especially for the conditions!! I ordered an arrangement online yesterday afternoon (Thanksgiving) for delivery next day since I knew they would be closed on the holiday. The store called me by 8am Friday to clarify an issue with my CC and my friend called me by 9:30 AM Friday to tell me they got the flowers and they were gorgeous! ?? SHOUT OUT ?? Last ****** I came on here looking for help with some door locks. I met *********************** who helped me out. I can't tell you what a great guy he is and such a hard worker. He just restained my decks that were a hot mess and they are now beautiful. He also replaced my hot water heater which I might add was in a crawl space and over 20 yrs old ??. If you need work definitely give him a call, his prices are fair and his work is outstanding.
