Andrew and the staff in Forest City are wonderful. They keep the facility neat and clean and are so personable. I would like to see a red light booth at this location. I was working out of town and used one at another location and found it very beneficial to my recovery.

This is a great place to work out. Staff member Andrew B. is Awesome!! Very professional and friendly. The gym is clean and everything you would want in a workout facility. Showers are very clean. Nice pleasant atmosphere.

We've been going for almost a month & we absolutely love it! It's got so much equipment that even on busy days & times you're still able to get your workout done!! Highly recommended for any age & weight no judgement all types of ppl from beginners to very experienced ppl great environment and customer service!!
