“I first went to Kelly as a referral for a quick weave. At the time of this review, she has styled me five times ? — including a quick weave, crochet, and sew-in. As our client/stylist relationship grows, I’ve come to appreciate how personable and discerning Kelly is. She is not a “one-size-fits-all” stylist. In fact, Kelly is more than a stylist—she’s a consultant who styles hair.

At my most recent appointment, I was transitioning out of a crochet style. I can honestly say I’ve never experienced the kind of nurturing treatment for my hair and scalp that I did with Kelly. She is very intentional about explaining what she’s doing and why. It’s clear that styling is not just her profession, it’s her gift. I may bring her an idea for a look, but I trust her to personalize it in a way that fits me best.

The shop itself has a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere. It’s more than just a salon—it’s a community. Kelly is making a real impact by mentoring and creating opportunities for those interested in the hair and nail industry.

Carla takes time to go over the process and even though her info presentation is very thorough, she seeks your questions to be sure that you are comfortable. She is kind, positive, informative, and offers suggestions with no pressure. I love the products and the support. She gave me the confidence to get off the fence about my eyebrows and she was so right! You will always leave Renova feeling better than when you arrived.“
