His crew showed up exactly when they said they would. Dennis and Dakota were personable, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly focused on what they were there for. They did an outstanding job in quick order and cleaned up perfectly. We have additional electric work coming up and no doubt will be calling Mike back for that. I highly recommend this company. Best barber shop in Southport. I was trying something new with my hair and Ronnie got it right. Ronnie communicated with me before my appointment. He had an entire block of time reserved for me. He took his time and my haircut came out great.

Had the best experience at a dentists office. Sounds crazy but it was! We moved here a few months ago and was nervous about finding a good dentist. Had a back upper tooth that was in bad shape causing pain and ear aches. The staff was top notch and friendly. Dr Laura Bachara was very informative, friendly, and professional. She explained everything, didn't try to "sell" me other procedures. Dr. Bachara showed confidence in what she was doing and made me feel relaxed. Her assistant Susanne was great. A very important aspect of the visit was the Covid19 protocol. It was very good and I had no doubt at all they were serious about protecting me and themselves. The price was reasonable. She also called me at home later that evening to see how I was doing. I'm sure not many dentists would do that. I hope to never need a dentist again, but when I do it will be with Dr. Bachara.
There is some fear related to a diagnosis of any heart condition. Immediately, Dr. McCloud dispelled my fears, prescribed the proper meds, and was very efficient and thorough scheduling required testing. I feel very safe in his care. He's also extremely personable. Kate K.

My wife and I have been going to SPT Hair Co since they opened in 2022 and have never been disappointed in the quality of services we required. Tiffany, et al, are very professional, courteous and most-accommodating. Pricing is very competitive & the salon is very inviting. Appointments are required, as their clientele is growing, but there is always room for a new client. Ample parking and conveniently located by the Hampton Inn off Long Beach Road. Highly-recommend.

My husband and I love coming here for pedicures! They always take their time (usually around an hour for the basic) and give the best massages. The salon is very clean and they use individually packaged, sterilized tools. Today I had Jeff for the first time and he was amazing; definitely the most precise pedicure I’ve ever gotten!

Went to this shop based on a recommendation from a neighbor on Nextdoor. In the past, I've typically just walked into any barber when needing a haircut, Steve prefers that clients schedule an appointment but does take walk-ins. Steve's shop is within the Poiema Salon in downtown Southport, but is still easy to find as there's a barbers pole outside the salon. His shop is just quaint enough to close the door and have privacy if needed and Steve gives you that old-school barber vibe. On this trip, I just needed a haircut but Steve also does straight-edge shaves which is becoming a lost art. I'm definitely going have that done on my next trip. My haircut was done perfectly including trimming my eyebrows without even being asked and using a straight-edged razor to trim the hair on the back of my neck, something I associate with old-school barbers. I highly recommend at least giving him a try, but he has a committed customer going forward.

I called on 9-11-24 they returned my call promptly. I asked how long it would be to have a residential service call. I was told that they could have a tecnician at my house at 8:00a.m. on 9-12-24. I described what the call would be about. At 8:00 a.m. the technician rang the door bell. I greated him and he gave his name. He came in and I identified the probem and what I had already done. He started his systematic search for the problem. In about 45 minutes he identified the problem which required that we replace a ceiling light fixture. While my wife and I went to Lowes to get a new light fixture the Technician addressed the second problem. When we returned from Lowes the Technician and I installed the new light fixture. Then we finished troube shooting the flood light issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Robert Prince Electrical Service. Very professional, very polite, very effecient. I feel that I got my monies worth and want hesitate to recomend them to others. I have had some bad experiences with Southport service providers. It was very refreshing to do business with Prince Electrical Services, They showed up on time and did an exceptional job. Thank You

When we moved to NC we ended up buying a spec home from Drake Homes. After we moved in we did have a few minor issues but they were taken care. Ron’s superintendent Tim Rivenbark was great. If you needed anything he was very helpful and great to work with.
