When we moved to NC we ended up buying a spec home from Drake Homes. After we moved in we did have a few minor issues but they were taken care. Ron’s superintendent Tim Rivenbark was great. If you needed anything he was very helpful and great to work with.
Ron Drake Construction and his employees are the gold standard for builders, not just in the Southport area, but everywhere. Pre construction, during construction and post construction their communication, attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship has been unsurpassed. Everyone we have dealt with at Drake Construction has been pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! We highly recommend them.
