When it comes to CrossFit gyms, this place is hands down one of the best. I’ve dropped in while visiting the area a handful of times over the last 2 years and I am more impressed with every visit. I’ve been to classes with 4 different coaches and each one has been thorough, attentive, motivating, and professional. The programming is excellent and it’s clear that the coaches take time to understand the intention behind each workout and movement. The place is also immaculate and the members are so inviting. It doesn’t matter where you’re starting from, you will feel at home here.

I love how the coaches at SPCF take time to start each class with a proper warm-up and stretches to help prevent injuries. The workouts are challenging but flexible for any level, which I appreciate as someone getting back into shape. I’m seeing improvements in my stamina and strength after almost a month at this gym💪 The community is also super uplifting!
