Laurie is by far the best realtor I have worked with! She was virtually perfect in every regard. Great photos for the listing, well-written description, competitive price point, and frequent follow up. She knows the market, and has excellent contacts with the other local agents. She also has super contacts with all the contractors, cleaners, repair specialists, landscapers and stagers, all of whom respond quickly. She even personally cleaned my home twice while it was listed. I wholeheartedly recommend her, and encourage everyone to look no further when seeking a trustworthy, responsive and capable real estate partner.
Laurie has been outstanding from our first meeting to the final sale and is still following up! She is professional, honest, hard working, always available, and a great negotiator. Laurie is an excellent realtor, and I'm grateful she found the house for my Next Chapter. After talking to me and understanding my needs, she and my daughter looked at houses (as soon as they hit the market!) - and sent me videos (as i was living in NJ, while looking in NC). Laurie is extremely knowledgeable, provided me with good advice, was helpful in the negotiations and was on top of all aspects of a quick closing. She managed all inspections (while i was out of the country) and problem solved to keep the closing process moving.
