If we could give more than 5 stars, we absolutely would! Laurie was SO attentive, engaged, and thorough! We went through this process virtually due to where we were moving from, and she never dropped the ball. She worked with us while she, my husband, and myself were in 3 different timezones. We never had a text or call go unanswered - this was important to us because of the distance and being first time home buyers. She was involved in every step of the process, to include getting all the way into our crawl space with the inspector to make sure our specific questions got answered. Her pictures and videos were never blurry or shaky. She even went back to properties after her initial visit to double check on certain things. We never felt like she was out to just make a buck and put us in anything. She genuinely cared about what we were looking for and that we were happy and satisfied. And we absolutely loved how honest she was. She went into every house with our best interest in mind. This process took about 2.5 months from when we signed her to be our agent to when we closed. We really appreciated her patience and willingness to explain everything that was happening and what to expect. She is extremely personable and professional, and we will be recommending her to anyone we know moving forward!
