I’ve been doing hot yoga for about ten years and I don’t think I’ve ever sweat so much as I did in the class I took the other day. I’m an out of towner who frequents the area and decided to check it out.
There were a few little nuances that may have been personal preference for me and not my preferred environmental things. I thought they the music was way too loud during class (super awesome upbeat playlist though), which made it difficult to hear the instructor, and I couldn’t see the instructor too well because it was pretty much candlelit.
I've been going to this studio on and off since i moved to the area. The studio is beautiful and such a vibe! Instructors are knowledgeable and the owner is amazing. As someone who travels a lot and has experienced a lot of studios- this one is so special. I drive 30 minutes because its worth it and there is nothing like it in the area.

Hands down one of the best studios I have ever been to, period. Moved down here from NYC and was freaking out about losing my studio and literally stumbled into this gem. Every teacher I have had has been amazing. One warning, if you haven't been in a while you might want to avoid a 75 min, hot flow with Sammi as your first dip back in the water. By far the best and toughest hot yoga class on the planet. BIG FAN! Thank you team Hot Asana!
