Very rude receptionists. Argued about what I said, and that I didn't say what I had literally just told her. Was told they do not do emergency tooth pain appointments for their own patients and was told to call around. Very poor customer service, which is sad because the dentist is wonderful.

I brought my foster kid here and all was good until they called my kid back and they did not want me to come back with him. They said “we’re sure he’ll be fine” so I turned to ask my foster child what he wanted and he shook his head no to the lady and they still did not allow me to go back. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning. It will be worth your drive to go somewhere else where parents are welcomed in more than just the waiting room. So much for a family practice.

Overall good experience.. just very persistent about parent not being with child. My child is only 2 years old and for his next visit, I plan on being with him. It feels kinda odd at a such a young age they are recommending for him to be on his own for his next appt. I will not be coming back.
