They deserve NO STARS! The worst hair salon we've ever been in! I took my 13 yr old granddaughter there. She walked in with hair almost touching her butt. All she wanted was her hair shortened a little above her elbow, layered, and tips frosted. The woman, wearing thick glasses with her own bad haircut said she knew what she was doing. Right from the start I knew something was wrong. She brushed at my granddaughter's hair for almost 5 minutes, like she was trying to figure out how to start. Finally she starts trimming... Crooked 😡 and not a consistent thicknesses in layers. My granddaughter looked miserable. I asked her if it was short enough, she told the woman she'd like it shorter and showed the length on her arm, above her elbow. That woman tilted her head forward and lopped off my granddaughter's hair way above her elbow, above her shoulders! When I complained, two older employees said it wasn't a big deal, it's just hair, it'll grow back! How freaking dare them! Finally the owner came out and apologized and offered the cut for free... Like as if I was going to pay for that butchered mess! The woman didn't even try to fix the bad haircut, didn't even finish what she started. Instead she quit the job and told everyone she no longer felt confident about finishing the cut. I do NOT recommend this establishment. They do not know how to layer hair. Apparently they're more like a fancy barber only capable of boy- like haircuts and karen-do cuts. But if you make that mistake; don't worry, it'll grow back eventually.

Went in as a walk in, and the ladies got me in right away! Carly was my stylist and she did a spectacular job! I got exactly what I wanted, had great conversations and an overall amazing experience, definitely will be back!

Ruth was recommended by Susie at the salon. Best haircut in quite awhile. Just moved back to NC and most salons were not taking any new clients. I explained to RUTH exactly how I wanted my hair cut. I am extremely impressed. FANTASTIC
