He also tells you what will help outside of the office (exercise, stretching etc.) when I started with him I could barely walk because of sciatica and a herniated disc. After 5 acupuncture treatments I can walk, stand up straight, and even took a trip to Savannah and walked for miles without extreme or excruciating pain.
