Was packed when I went, had an appointment so there was no wait. Been there several times before and only experienced one issue with a braider running very late and threw off my morning.
I had a good experience at this salon. I contacted the salon to ask for a next day appointment and was accomodated to come 8am the next morning. The ladies were nice, and my stylist made sure to look at the pictures on my phone and understand what I wanted. They had hair in the salon so I didn't need to bring anything. I have a sensitive scalp and asked her to be gentle braiding my edges into the cornrows. She did so which turned out good because they tightened as the added hair was braided in the cornrows. Honestly. I looked at the reviews and wanted to gain my own experience. Some people will come into an established already angry or upset and leave a terrible review. When I entered they were soft spoken but did speak. I was serviced knotless (Smedium) by Fivetwo. She was very humble and nice. Kumba is nice aswell. She completed hair in less then 4 hours. They will definitely be my go to. Also the price was reasonable
