Very rude & unprofessional. So I texted her about just getting my hair parted, I sent her a picture for SMALL parts she said it was $60. Before I even got there I asked where she was located she said Wilson & Smithfield, I said okay I’ll be coming into the Wilson shop tomorrow and I even texted her. I go drive to Wilson no one is there. I call she says they’re only at Smithfield and she doesn’t know when they’ll be in Wilson.. anyways First so when I drove to the smithfield location she tried to say my hair was long so it was gonna be $80 I said my hair isn’t long ( as can see in the pics it’s shoulder length) and you’re not even braiding my hair, just parting it. So whatever the lady who was going to do my hair was like I can’t do those parts it’ll take too long it’ll be $80 for the inspo pic. Mind you I’m paying them on a service they previously agreed to. And why would I pay you $80 to just part my hair?? Like it seemed like they were tryna charge me 80 no matter what. I said no we agreed to $60 she says for $60 the parts will be bigger and I’m like okay but I still want them small. I’m thinking $60 is for small parts so if you’re gonna do them bigger you should charge less. I leave and look at my hair I’m like these way bigger than I thought so I go back & the workers and the owner was very condescending, passive aggressive, talking about me in there native tongue which i understood the entire time and rolling there eyes with an attitude. They talk about there clients and are rude. She didn’t even try to accommodate my hair by fixing the parts which were clearly bigger in the back. Very rude. ALSO as I was otp with my sister the lady who parted my hair looked me up and down so rudely pointed and was like go stand in that corner and be on that phone is such a disrespectful tone. Idk if it was because I look young or what but they were so disrespectful
I will give them 2 stars called the lady said $170 for seneglase I guess I spelled that correct the twist 😂 got in the chair the lady said it will be $200 cool she said what size I replied small this is what I get small at the front and big at the back smh if I go back I would let the girl that did my sister hair do mine she did a great job she really did take her time
Contrary to other reviews my visit was pleasant. Miriam did a good job cornrowing my hair. The only suggestion would be have music or television for guests to enjoy while sitting for long periods of time. Nothing is worse than listening to someone talk loud in your ear while talking on the phone in another language.
