“I was skeptical because of all the negative reviews, but I’ve been coming here for my prenatal care for a few months now and have had a good experience. The front staff are kind and helpful, the nurses personable and sweet, and the midwives I’ve seen so far have been very caring and took the time to answer any questions I had. When there was a delay and I had to wait, they communicated well and I didn’t feel like they forgot about me. I chose this practice because I wanted a smaller place than the huge hospitals in the area, and I’m glad I did. You definitely get more of a homey feel here and don’t feel like you’re just a number. I also appreciate that they have the lab and ultrasound right there so there’s no need to drive somewhere else or walk across a huge building to get where you need to go. Overall, great experience so far and if you can have realistic expectations and keep in mind things happen and have an ounce of grace for that, I’m sure you’ll have a good experience too!“
