Medical team is lacking the proper education. I knew my baby had passed & they kept trying to persuade me my baby was still alive. I specifically told the doctor I was 11 wks , I had a + test on May 19 and she insisted on telling me I was 6-7 wks pregnant which was scientifically impossible when you look at the date I tested positive and do the math as to when my first appointment with them was. Needless to say , my baby was not developing , had no cardiac rhythm and I passed it. Luckily I didn’t get my hopes up because I clearly had a better medical understanding than doctors do!

I had such a good first appt experience. Everyone from the front to the back were kind. But I haven’t heard from them since and I’ve called and messaged through the portal multiple times with no return call or messages. Very frustrating when it comes to one’s medical care.
6/1- asking me to contact you all at my earliest convenience after I have clearly been trying to contact you for weeks now, doesn’t show that you take this seriously or even read the issue above.
