Sanford Pediatrics is a professional and welcoming office, often described as the "best" by parents. Although Covid precautions have led to some adjustments, such as closed front areas, the office aims to accommodate scheduled appointments smoothly. Some sick visit wait times have been long, lasting up to two hours in the parking lot, despite made-in-advance scheduling. Nurses provide excellent care and help put anxious patients at ease, contributing to overall patient satisfaction.
Dr. Lloyd is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and willing to cover all basis. She treats you like a human and she listens to what you have to say. She really makes you feel heard. All of the staff is great and never really a problem getting an appointment but Dr. Lloyd and Nurse Megan are top tier
Sanford Pediatrics has been a gift to our family for many years. All three of our kids are seen here. Dr. Lloyd is kind and compassionate and generous with her time. Megan and the entire nursing staff m, as well as front office staff, have always treated us with kindness and respect and have taken the time to get to know our family, supporting us through stressful visits with patience, humor and encouragement. We couldn’t ask for a better medical home for our children.
We have been with Sanford PEDS for 15 years. Our care has been exemplary! Unfortunately we are about to age out and will have to change physicians. Dr Lloyd has been by our side through all of our health issues and STILL has our best interests at heart. Thank You Doc and staff!!!
