“First time here and every single person I spoke to was so kind and helpful. My fur baby was used as a bait dog before we adopted her and does not interact well with other pets. They were incredibly accommodating with this and came to get us from my car and then escorted us inside to make sure the way was clear of other pets before we were led directly to a room.
