Dr. Tillotson is amazing, kind, patient and insightful when treating my horses. I would never consider taking them anywhere else! Person County is fortunate to have such an experienced veterinarian.

I literally cannot share enough wonderful things about Dr. Tillotson and her staff. By far the best vet I have ever used and no one I trust my horse's health more than her. She puts the horse first, always, someone I am truly thankful to have working with my horse.

KT is the ultimate horse woman combined with an amazingly knowledgeable veterinarian. She helped guide my horse, Geronimo, back to health of body and mind. I so appreciate her caring manner and professionalism. Be assured that KT will do everything possible, and go the extra mile for your horse!
